Program Manager, Global Investment Programs BP&O Responsibilities


  • Partner on foundational investment theses and guiding principles.

  • Establish data foundations for product metrics and align on XFN execution plans.

  • Work with teams to standardize processes and meet internal controls.

  • Support and commercialize incentive programs for Partner Sales.

  • Understand commercial, legal, and operational requirements to design and execute incentive programs and business development deals.

  • Own logistics, coordination, and facilitation for team meetings, documenting and presenting summaries of internal project work to leadership.

  • Demonstrate judgment balancing aggressive growth objectives of Product and Partnerships teams with operational requirements of Legal and Finance partners.

  • Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions, while raising issues.

  • Develop and track project plans, metrics of success, and communication plans for initiatives.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and four years of work experience in job offered or business-related occupation. Requires four years of experience in the following:

  • 1. Strategy or operations projects

  • 2. Optimizing processes and operations to align with business objectives

  • 3. Understanding and communicating legal, commercial, regulatory, and operational risk across any business function and type

  • 4. Using data to create compelling stories to communicate key messages across organization and management

  • 5. Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team

  • 6. Delivering technical presentations

  • 7. Conducting business analysis and market research

  • 8. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a business solution

  • 9. Analytical tools, methodologies, and design (CRM, SQL, and experimental design lift testing methodology).
