Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a discipline relevant to carbon removal (e.g., technical or environmental discipline).
• 1 year of experience in leading cross-functional projects/programs.
• Ability to push rapid progress across a diverse set of projects.
• Ability to influence external partners.
• Excellent organizational skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead tracking of team progress and contribute to regular status updates.
• Manage delivery of carbon removal credits. Serve as primary point of contact for all suppliers for payments and forecast updates.
• Manage logistics around events, partner coordination, and public launches.
• Manage logistics of carbon removal contracting to finalize agreements efficiently.
• Develop and continuously improve processes to make our team as efficient as possible.
