Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in data analysis and implementing process improvements.
• Experience in logistics planning.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certification in Product and Inventory Management.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in supply chain operations or transportation industry.
• Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies.
• Experience with SQL.

As a Program Manager, you will play a role in analyzing, root causing, identifying, and implementing inventory and network design best practices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Enable strategy and capabilities in collaboration with integrated planning team to improve global optimization in the warehouse network.
• Own inventory management and controls globally.
• Implement process improvements, governance, and industry standards for inventory management.
• Lead for managing, monitoring, and addressing warehouse utilization performance to ensure goals are met.
• Work in collaboration with the network design team to deliver an optimized warehouse and transportation footprint for the Global Logistics Organization.
