The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Support communication and collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization while managing expectations.
  • Develop insightful recommendations to optimize budget management, hiring procedures, and vendor relationships.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior partners to achieve the organization's OKRs.
  • Establish and refine processes to promote velocity and ensure compliance with knowledge and information, and Google policies/goals.
