The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Work with customer technical leads, executives, and partners to manage and deliver infrastructure solutions.
  • Work with operations managers, data center technicians, and partner teams in order to execute existing processes, improve processes, and identify efficiencies that can be implemented.
  • Become a trusted expert in data center infrastructure solutions, and provide operational and technical advice around technologies.
  • Channel customers' feedback to the delivery project management team to ensure a positive experience.
  • Develop best practice recommendations based on experience gained during customer engagements.
