Program Manager III, Supply Chain, Hardware Operations

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with Data Analysis and SQL.
• Understanding of manufacturing costs for consumer products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies, identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure program success.
• Manage program budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation.
• Track and report on key performance indicators(KPI) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver projects, gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
• Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
