QUALIFICATIONS
The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the milieu. As Program Manager, S/he provides assistance to the patients, staff, family, and senior leadership. The Program Manager also acts as a liaison to support the treatment team, clinical services, and direct care staff. With a keen eye for detail, the Program Manager will ensure appropriate documentation of client progress, incident fact sheets, utilization of special treatment procedures and develop operational systems.

Qualifications
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a residential-based treatment facility including management experience, planning, resource allocation, training, and performance management
