You will also have access to our comprehensive benefits and competitive pay in addition to growth opportunities and excellent retirement options.Job Summary:This position is responsible to the Sr Program Manager for the direction, safe operation, compliance, quality delivery and profitability of the assigned task orders.Manages programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. Responsible for the delivery of all assigned programs. Manages the planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery of current and future Task Orders/Contgracts. Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management. Responsible for managing activities of external consultants and/or vendors. Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions. Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Program Manager in the execution of daily duties and responsibilities' including but not limited to, coordination/interfacing with customers and management of ATS employees assigned to multiple task orders/contracts.
- Assist in preparing OCONUS Employees Expatriate Assignment Letters, coordinating employee SPOT Forms and LOA Documents, VISA's, Pass Ports and CRC requirements.
- Assist with the Recruiting, Assessing and Hiring process of various logistic skill sets supporting USSOCOM, USASOC, USCG, 1 st SFC, USACAPOC, SOCAFRICA, SOCEUR, and SOCCENT Customers.
- Review and approve Expense Authorizations and Expense Reports and approve posted Requisitions for open positions.
- Assist in reviewing monthly Deliverables and Reports to ensure accuracy of information prior to submission.
- Assist in coordinating scheduled training for employees as in identified in the customer Task Order.
- Assist in reviewing task Oder Schedule, Costs and Performance Data and make recommendations as necessary.
- Assist in developing BOEs of accurately calculating Labor Hours, Costs, ODC Cost and Travel before submitting to Corporate for review and to the Prime for inclusion.
- Assist the Program Management Office HR Administrative Section as required.
- Attend meetings, briefing and conference calls as required in support of our customers.
- Visit customers and employees at the various sites.
- 5 Years Program Management experience.
- Secret clearance.
- SOF-GLSS experience preferred.
- Experience in the SOF environment preferred.
