Program Manager - M&A

An insurance client in Portland, Oregon is looking for a Program Manager to join their team. The company just acquired a new line of business from a competitor, which will be live in 2025. They are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager with expertise with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). This person must have a risk management mindset, in order to mitigate potential threats or issues that may present themselves through the acquisition. Strong preference for candidates who come from the insurance industry and who have project management certifications. The team works core PST hours but is open to individuals who sit nationwide.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Program Management experience
- Industry background in insurance and/or banking or finance
- Strong communication across all lines of business, ability to provide mentorship and present to stakeholders
- Experienced with M&A specific projects for Enterprise companies
