Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
  • Experience in finance integration for mergers and acquisitions in a public accounting or multi-national company environment.
  • Experience leading multiple cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements, as well as designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation projects.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to plan, execute, and deliver on projects in a timely manner and multitask on varying projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to support multiple teams through organized problem-solving and solution-implementation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt communications accordingly based on the audience.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, with excellent attention to detail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional and cross-finance teams to define integration plans and identify cross-team impacts, hold teams accountable, and lead integrations to resolutions.
  • Monitor finance readiness plans through implementation to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies.
  • Provide metrics and analytics on integration progress and overall landscape, and provide insights to leadership to aid in decision making.
  • Project and program manage cross-finance projects across various finance topics, provide status updates and escalations to the executive level.
