Program Manager, Operations Readiness Testing

A client of Insight Globals is currently hiring a Program Manager for an 11 month contract to perform site audits for Operations Readiness Testing. This person will be traveling to sites once construction and development is complete to complete pre-launch site audits to ensure its ready to hand off to operations. They will be responsible for leading the testing as well as assisting in the audit and will leverage operators familiar with the buildings to score the building; does the building fit the specs that were designed. This role will require partnerships with onsite personnel as well as internal personnel and will require heavy communication and strong collaboration skills.

The travel schedule will be roughly 80% - Monday to Thursday most weeks. Standard 40 hour work week. All expenses will be incurred on a personal credit card & reimbursed within 1-2 weeks of approval.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree
2-4 years experience with program/project management
Strong organization & communication skills to track the project progress & communicate clearly to appropriate parties accordingly
Ability to support a Program Manager II but also work independently if needed
Technology proficient & able to navigate various tools to interpret data
Ability to develop interpersonal relationships with the site leaders
Valid drivers license
