The Program Manager in Amazon Ads Brand Innovation Lab develops, iterates, and executes what was once innovative into repeatable campaigns and scaled products using resilient processes and high judgment. The Program Manager works with team members and stakeholders executing diverse project tasks that serve to positively impact our end-customer experiences and drive advertising partner outcomes. An ideal candidate is analytical, autonomous, has exceptional project management skills, and is cross functionally collaborative with effective communication skills. They are accountable towards organizational goals and work backwards from end-customers, stakeholders, and dependent teams to successfully deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Above all, they should demonstrate a high level of ownership, as they would contribute to the advertiser and end-customer experience on the Amazon platform.

The successful candidate will have strong Program management skills, be highly collaborative, globally minded and have a high level of customer focus. You should be a motivated self-starter that works well with others in a dynamic, ambiguous environment. You should have excellent business, and communication skills to be able to work across countries and markets, customer teams, technical teams, with business owners to deliver results.

• \tDesign and own process and execution of campaigns by gathering functional requirements, identifying resources needed, defining milestones, and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of the projects.

• \tManage and track the customer experience through program management and influencing resources in the design, development and launch of new campaigns, and at times, features and products.

• \tDrive and facilitate projects, focusing on results and measuring attainment of outcomes.

Define standard operating procedures and processes and tooling.

• \tApply analytical skills to identify trends and business impact within reported issues and develop projects to eliminate the root causes.

• \tExecute stakeholder engagement processes to attain goals and drive business growth.

• \tEffectively influence stakeholders outside your direct area of responsibility.

• \tIdentify and mitigate risks, and remove roadblocks within projects. Drive accountability from stakeholders for progress on key program actions through active engagement and escalation.

Conduct effective meetings (business and program reviews) and able to dive deeply into details as easily as convey high-level plans with clear and concise verbal and written communication.

• \tDevelop clear documentation and requirements (project charter, statement of work, responsibility matrix, functional requirements, implementation approach, reporting, etc.)

Audit activities impacting partners and drive process improvement.

• \tOwn and develop communication plans that includes regular reviews with customers, stakeholders and leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
