Shift : Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday 7:30-6PM - all areas

The role you'll contribute:

The Program Manager, Strategy & Growth will focus on planning and facilitating high-impact projects. This position requires strong critical thinking and the ability to effectively communicate and influence a diverse set of key stakeholders. This position necessitates exposure to planning and executing strategic initiatives, demonstrating the ability to manage competing deadlines while adhering to budgetary constraints and optimizing resource utilization. The Program Manager will facilitate the detailed planning and execution of initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination, while mentoring and recognizing the distinct responsibilities of supporting team members. In addition to the successful go-live of an initiative or project, the Program Manager will also monitor performance and present to key stakeholders, as appropriate. This role requires a strategic thinker with exposure to successful strategic initiative development and execution management. The Program Manager must be high energy, committed to producing collective and individual results, and possess the drive and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, team-based environment. The Program Manager accepts responsibility for maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Exhibit competency in all Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Communication Sites, etc.)

Exposure to federal and state health care laws and regulations, including federal and state anti-kickback statutes, the Stark Law, and HIPAA.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:

Experience in Strategic Planning, particularly within health care / health system provider setting, with the ability to synthesize analytics and market intelligence to inform data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications
What you will need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Services Administration, Public Health, or related field OR equivalent experience in health care strategy, business development, or management consulting experience

Minimum of three (3) years in health care planning or finance, business development, or management consulting

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field

Two years of experience in healthcare strategy

Previous work experience in financial services, management consulting, or business planning in health care is highly desired
