Program Manager, Third Party Security

We're looking for an individual who is passionate about Third Party Security, as well as program management. The Third Party Security Program Manager will assist the Senior Manager of Third Party Security and Risk Management in providing security assessment, program oversight, and delivering initiatives that will support a successful Third Party Security team.
Description
? Support the Third Party Security program by working with Business and third party vendors through security assessments and risk remediation.
? Manage the day-to-day activities and lead the Security Assessors to deliver high quality work.
? Produce meaningful risk metrics and reports for leadership.
? Drive new initiatives and manage the implementation, such as quality assurance and compliance requirements.
? Help demonstrate the companys commitment to security within the company and benchmark best practices across industries.
? Nurture, drive and maintain partnership relationships with partners in areas such as legal, finance, and security.
Requirements
? 5+ years of experience in third party security, auditing or risk management, including a minimum three years of experience leading Third Party Risk Management programs.
? Experience in developing AI related Policy or process doc is a plus.
? Organized, methodical and detail oriented, with outstanding analytical and obstacle solving skills.
? Able to lead multiple results-oriented tasks, to prioritize effectively, and to accomplish all duties within the time available.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively connect with a diverse set of audiences of varying backgrounds.
? Demonstrated passion to go deep and do whatever it takes to achieve the teams end goals.
? Proven eagerness to roll up your sleeves and go above and beyond to accomplish the teams end objectives.
