As the Commercial Program Lead, you will be responsible for driving national performance in commercial overlay build programs. In addition to working with our market areas in identifying new opportunities, you will create standards, socialize best practices, design key performance metrics, and monitor overall program success. This is a great chance to join a growing team and a growing focus area for an expanding ISP company. This role has a pay range of $60-65hr.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, telecommunications, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 5 years of experience with telecom network construction or engineering design

* Independently and in coordination with market and analytical partners, you will analyze fiber management data to identify and size new commercial expansion opportunities

* Work with market resources to collect, document and disseminate best practices

* Work with standards to revise, develop and publish relevant SOPs
- Define metrics for the expanding regions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience working in commercial telecom services

* Hands-on OSP construction or design experience

* GPON ISP experience
