Program Operations Director

Description

SAIC is seeking a seasoned Program Ops Director with significant experience to lead the DRRS program at Mark Center, VA. The role demands a Bachelor's or Master's degree holder with a comprehensive background in program management, including risk, staffing, and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will independently drive program execution, mentor a large team, and support strategic business development. The position is a leadership linchpin, requiring an individual capable of steering complex programs to success and expanding SAIC's market reach.

In this capacity, you will be the architect of the program baseline and will be responsible for executing the program in strict compliance with these established benchmarks. The role encompasses a broad scope of responsibilities including risk management, cultivating customer relationships, and managing program staffing-all while maintaining unfaltering compliance with SAIC's esteemed quality standards.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree and eighteen (18) years or more related experience.

• As the steward of the DRRS initiative, you will oversee a considerable program staff, integrating a complex array of subcontractors and suppliers to achieve flawless program execution.
• Mentorship and guidance of the internal cross-functional team will be key-as will the development of intricate processes and strategic methodologies to ensure operational excellence.
• Furthermore, this directorial role extends to personnel management, where your senior leadership skills will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of your team.
• You'll be the driving force behind performance reviews, compensation actions, and staffing decisions.
• Your remit also encompasses a pivotal role in business development.
• You'll be expected to spearhead strategic plans for account expansion, leverage buying opportunities, and recommend investments to cultivate differentiated offerings.

DESIRED:

• Military/DoD Experience, ITIL, CMMI

CLEARANCE:

• Active TS and ability to obtain a TS/SCI; U.S. citizenship required.
