  • Collaborates across the organization to enable program reliability integration into aspects of the organization in scope
  • Collaborate with Microsoft on aligned approaches to reliability program plans.
  • Analyze equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems.
  • Developing and implementing new Reliability Growth Plans
  • Designing and implementing new procedures to meet Reliability Growth Projections.
  • Recommending technologies and processes that can improve product performance and reliability.
