Summary

Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in the development and implementation of program objectives, strategies, and action plans.
- Coordinate program activities, including scheduling meetings, securing resources, and managing logistics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of program goals with organizational priorities.
- Serve as a liaison between program participants, partners, and stakeholders, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Monitor program progress and performance, tracking key metrics and milestones.
- Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate program outcomes and recommendations.
- Support the development of program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of program staff and volunteers.
- Stay informed about relevant industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to program management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in program coordination, project management, or a related area.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of program evaluation methodologies and performance measurement techniques.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in program activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization or government agency.
- Familiarity with grant writing, fundraising, or donor relations.
- Certification in project management or program evaluation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R).
