What You'll Do:
  • Supports school teams with implementation of school culture/bully prevention best practices and in developing, improving, and sustaining a positive school climate
  • Develops and delivers school culture/ bully prevention best practices through trainings, content creation and program progress monitoring
  • Collects and compiles data to contribute to the completion of reports for administration, teachers and parents
  • Provides support for school consultations regarding school culture/ bully prevention
  • Facilitates development and implementation of a cohort model to expand and sustain the work
  • Supports the expansion of services and resources to additional schools as well as the broader District



What You'll Need:
  • Minimum Bachelor's or relevant work experience in Social work, School social work, Equity, Marketing, Organizational leadership
  • 2+ Social work, School Social Work, Equity, Marketing, Organizational leadership or related
  • Must have a valid Colorado driver's license or be able to obtain a Colorado driver's license within the state's required time frame for new residents and meet the District's insurability requirements.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effectively handle multiple demands and competing deadlines
  • The ability to take responsibility for one's own performance
  • Work collaboratively with others on a team
  • Aptitude for variety and changing expectations and fast-paced environment
