Job Description:
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience managing significant budgets; selecting, coordinating, and overseeing multiple subcontractors and consultant experts; and leading projects to deliver tools, training, consultation, or other technical assistance-related services to governments, agencies, or other organizations
  • Expert level knowledge and demonstrated experience in the areas of strategic planning, process, performance improvement
  • Understanding of federal, state and county government
  • Responsible for driving and managing strategic programs
  • Own key training development and SERP review processes and manage the team engagement, budgets, and related reporting.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in emergency management and human services
  • Support teams by applying deep expertise and knowledge.
Required Skills:
  • 5-8 years of experience in Program Project Management
  • 5-8 years of experience in Budgeting and Forecasting
  • 5-8 years of experience in Change Impact Analysis
  • 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Workforce Planning
  • 5-8 years of experience in Portfolio Strategic Planning
