Program/Project Manager

- Establish program/project milestones and rhythm of business within WW CCPM eCommerce team, including weekly syncs and work with other segments and contributing teams working with - and through - designated work-stream leaders.
- Manage and plan schedules weekly sync, calendar management community calls and help WW Digital Lead to be productive.
- Project manage key presentations, EBC presentations, executive reviews, OEM partners, retail partners
- Help plan and execute high profile internal virtual team events such as Digital Masterclass and Digital Learning Forum
- Project management of several key reporting dashboards with leadership visibility including making monthly updates, verifying accuracy of data, and working with technical developer to ensure timely release and integration of required features.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in project/program management
- 5-7 years experience in Partner Marketing, Consumer Sales or E-Commerce Marketing
- Event coordiantion, email marketing, meeting scheduling etc.
- Proficient in MS 365, Sharepoint, Excel, Powerpoint etc,

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Financial planning and budgeting experience
- Data analytics and Power BI knowledge
