The Project Analyst I will contribute to the success of Digital projects as an individual contributor and as part of larger project teams. Work assignments may include specific project tasks, project-related activities, and small, independent projects.

Principle Duties:

Works collaboratively with project stakeholders, supporting team members in fulfilling project plans and completing project task

Collects and accurately documents project status, issues, and risk

Recognizes, communicates, and escalates concerns relevant to project deliverables and/or timeline in a timely manner

Assists in gathering necessary information for program scope change request

Schedules and assists with facilitating project meetings, including creating agendas, minutes and capturing key action items.

Facilitates communication activities within and across team

Works closely with other team members to write and disseminate project documents, action plans, progress reports and presentation

Assists with creation and maintenance of key team artifacts including timelines and other project template

Maintains tools used to track content for key project meeting

Assists with creating communication and other project-related materials, such as slide decks, as required, to launch and implement new processes and innovative ideas aimed at improving the efficiency and scalability of services offered by the team

Presents ideas, concepts, policies, programs, data, and research to the team to obtain feedback and gain consensu

Participates in project intake and scope activities as needed

Acts as a support to other team members to address questions throughout the implementation phase

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Comfort with learning new technology and tools quickly.

Knowledge of interpreting data and trends.

Ability to effectively plan and facilitate meetings and workgroups.

Ability to work independently and prioritize work appropriately.

Flexibility to handle multiple tasks at once.

Skills/Abilities/Competencies:

• Highly customer-service oriented with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines and manage schedule.

Thirst for learning and a degree of initiative along with the ability to act as a team player.

Ability to develop effective relationships with a broad array of people.

Ability to foster relationships with stakeholders external to the department.

Working Conditions:

This position requires occasional local travel to MGB sites, vendors, and/or conferences.
