As an Associate Governmental Program Analyst you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist with the development and documentation of process improvements to implement federal and state requirements for processing hazardous waste Identification (ID) numbers, transporter registrations, manifest documents, and manifest data
• Develop alternative approaches to solving identified issues that surface during data processing, compares alternatives and proposes specific policy and administrative changes relative to existing ID number, transporter registration, and hazardous waste manifest data tracking procedures to management
• Develop issue papers regarding ID number, transportation registration, and HW manifest data processing, including improvements to address errors and presentations to management, if necessary
• Work with the SSMI to oversee the successful completion of the Business Operations Unit's (BOU) outreach and projects
• Design and develop data collection tools and metrics for evaluating project success such as completion of major milestones, timeline, cost, and stakeholder satisfaction
