Management Coordinator for their Lima Project Controls Team. Project Change Management Coordinator Job Details:
As a Project Change Management Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the project controls process by managing and tracking change orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Your role will involve coordinating approval processes, updating statuses, and assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate with the corporate subcontracts management group to update purchase orders and agreements as necessary.

Project Change Management Coordinator Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in engineering, capital projects, and construction within the Oil & Gas refinery or chemical manufacturing sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Project Change Management Coordinator Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated ability to review and validate supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Experience in tracking and coordinating change orders through strict approval processes.
