An employer sitting in Downtown Los Angeles is looking to hire a hybrid Project Closeout Specialist to support their construction organization. This position will be required to go into the office Monday - Wednesday, with some field time required. This person will be supporting 5-10 Project Managers, working alongside Engineering firms. This Project Closeout Specialist will act as a liaison to different stakeholders for internal requests, handling external data requests and audits as well.He/She will be reviewing material traceability documentation redlined IFC construction engineered drawings and strength test documents. They will be utilizing weld maps, survey packages, and PWIR in this review. This position is paying between $40-50/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-10+ years of Construction Project Closeout support
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Understanding of pipeline safety regulations
- Experience reviewing material traceability documentation redlined IFC construction engineered drawings, and strength test documents
- Experience utilizing material traceability records, weld maps, survey package(s)
- Experience reviewing engineering designs/drawings against redlined drawings to confirm all required data is complete
