A midstream energy provider is hiring a Project Controls Analyst - Facilities Support or Program Support to join the Capital PMO team located in The Woodlands, Texas office. The position will support the schedule and cost control efforts for projects in West Texas. Experience in oil and gas, or applicable construction capital projects is required. The ideal candidate for this position will be capable of self-performing all of the project controls required to support all phases of the project life cycle, while also providing reporting and analysis to drive decision making. This position follows a hybrid schedule, working Wednesday and Friday from home.

Required Skills & Experience

3-10 years of experience with both cost control and scheduling in pipeline or construction capital projects

Experience supporting projects within facilities, asset integrity, infrastructure planning, or IT computer science

Proficient with project management software applications, P6, Primavera, Prism, PIMS, Ecosys, or Oracle

Understands schedules for small-midsized facilities or program schedules

Experience with trend cost variance analysis to prep for month end close and scenario planning with project managers

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience

Prism software experience

IT project experience

Bachelors Degree

Experience with SAP
