This role is hybrid in office 3 days a week.
At least 3 years relevant experience required. Support Legal Learning Solutions Team by maintaining trainings calendar, ensuring presenters are prepared and presentations meet standards, and tracking project activities within project timelines.
Responsibilities related to coordinating the internal training program include: Work with law firms, internal Legal staff and other parties to book Legal trainings, and facilitate preparation meetings to review learning content. Host presentations through WebEx conference call, facilitating recordings and in-WebEx polls. Post recordings and preparation materials to SharePoint and update attendance tracker for continuing education documentation.
Additionally, support other Legal programs: Gather, maintain and track all project information including schedules, data, assignments, tasks, and project meetings. Maintain project repositories and data, track project activities and team communication. Develop and publish communications to project stakeholders. Develop and review project status reports. Special projects as assigned.
Required Skills: Intermediate SharePoint skills, including developing and maintaining document repositories, and lists. Experience facilitating conference calls, including large-conference versions such as WebEx Trainings, and recording calls. At least 3 years experience tracking project status, maintaining project data, and working within a standard project framework. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service attitude. Does this resource require US citizenship?
