The Employment Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our company and our talent strategy by supporting global Time Management and Contingent Workforce programs. This person should be well-versed in HR/Recruiting solutions, have strong project coordination experience, and expert communication skills.
Project Coordinator: III Job Details
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Support Hiring Managers with onboarding new contingent workers outside the scope of the current MSP (Managed Service Provider) program.
- Partner with the MSP program, the Contingent Program Manager, Employment, and Procurement teams to support Hiring Manager requests and questions.
- Serve as a liaison between the MSP Program Team and HR Workday Systems team to troubleshoot and resolve Hiring Manager questions.
- Collaborate with the business to maintain data integrity for a contingent workforce of over 3000 individuals, conducting routine audits to verify data precision.
- Support Time Management escalation and program inquiries/tickets.
- Build and maintain Time Management program materials (Intranet pages, process, and enablement materials).
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for Time Management implementations.
- Project coordinate various global Time Management implementation projects.

- Ability to work with stakeholders from various parts of the organization and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with others.
- Comfortable establishing relationships at all levels of the organization with excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills.
- Ability to critically analyze and prioritize requests.
- Experience with project coordination and/or project management.
- 3+ years of proven success in fast-paced talent acquisition, staffing, or other Human Resources program roles.
Project Coordinator: III Desired Skills
- Experience using Workday, SAP Fieldglass, and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Exposure to global HR programs is a plus.
