Receive bid request from outside sales reps, input project details into the CRM software, review blueprints, and schedule estimates to be completed.

Conduct brief reviews of quotes, then forward them to sales team for distribution to customers.

Coordinate with Customer Service to acquire design files and any other missing information to proceed with submittal scheduling.

Assist with contract receipt, review and filing.

Perform an initial assessment of orders to verify the presence and accuracy of all required information and documents.

Create and update sales reports.

Communicate on a regular basis with Sales Supervisor, outside sales reps, and other departments.

Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Accuracy and efficiency under pressure

Ability to manage and monitor the bid process daily.

Effective communication both in written and verbal form

Organized and ability to prioritize well.

Strong math and analytical skills

Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Salesforce.com experience

A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

2 or more years' experience in sales, customer service, or project management
