BMO is currently sourcing for a Project Coordinator - Junior position on a 6-month contract.

Summary of Role:
The Project Coordinator - Junior will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to senior executives, coordinating department events, managing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining supplies inventory.

Project: Supporting the effective and efficient operation of the business group through administrative and operational processes.

Years of experience: 5-7 years

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

- Planning, coordinating, and implementing department events
- Providing senior level administrative support
- Managing calendars and events
- Developing and maintaining filing systems
- Processing invoices and expense claims
- Making travel arrangements
- Coordinating training requirements
- Proposing new solutions and problem-solving
