Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator for one of our largest medical device clients. In this role, you will administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to complex plans for their Commercial IT team. You will assist in preparing comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. Ultimately, this individual needs to have a go-getter mentality, willingness to learn and must consider themselves highly accountable. This individual must be local to Minneapolis, MN and willing to work in a hybrid model.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Location to Minneapolis, MN and willing to work onsite at least 2 days a week
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager
- Experience and confidence managing and handling of SOWs, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Working knowledge of Project Management responsibilities and terminology ("5 blocker", monthly report outs, risk management, creation of project timelines, & documentation)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Excel (VLOOKUPs)
- Financial acumen (managing invoices, month-end budgeting and company/department financials)
- Strong communication skills, eager, and comfortable engaging with IT business leaders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working with SAP
- Retail, healthcare, medical device industry experience
