Advertised Job Summary
This position will involve coordinating various aspects of the ROOTS Study (a randomized controlled trial assessing the feasibility of a parenting program), such as participant recruitment and engagement, monitoring completion of assessment measures, sending out participant incentives and materials, daily communications with project staff, attending weekly meetings, and tracking participants' progress through the study.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (e.g., psychology, family science, social work, counseling, public health, etc.); Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, eagerness to take on challenges, effective communicator (e.g., empathy, compassion, active listening)
