Job Duties: (Detailed list of Responsibilities):

  • Serves as an HSN internal security access lead for the organization, providing guidance and support for a broad range of tasks including managing, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of the agency's access and controls administration.
  • Provide support for IT projects, such as issues and actions necessary for remediation including recommendations for proper access controls, application security configurations needed, and general processes.
  • Process systems access requests for the provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts, groups, and roles accessing Health Safety Nets enterprise applications and in accordance with the Account Profile Matrix established.
  • Provide quality assurance for all accounts created.
  • Document all work related to account requests through the CA ticketing system.
  • Contribute to the continual process improvement and document the HSN standard operating procedures.
  • Respond to security access request providing in-depth analysis as required.
  • Develop and maintain ad hoc and weekly routine reports.
  • Present weekly findings and/or recommendations as required to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business, project management and business managers
  • Adhere to EOTSS\EOHHS Privacy and Security policies when processing confidential data and ensure updates are made in information guidelines.
  • Maintain and enforce through proper change control, the businesses document repository.
  • Evaluate and ensure proper change control and updates to source documentation and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively manage issues, risks and dependencies, employing problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and ensure successful project tasks.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language.
  • Quickly gain a deep understanding of our business and\or application processes.
  • Execute special projects or tasks as assigned.
  • Training end-users in areas of expertise as required. REQUIRED SKILLS (Special Skill Set, Abilities, Knowledge)
  • Strong familiarity with security standards and working with PII and PHI data.
  • Experience and knowledge of working in a software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience managing and or working with 3 rd party vendors or consultants.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with management, end users, project team members, and vendors. Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, Visio, MS Project, other project management and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
