Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant to provide application support for our client's business team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Oracle Agile PLM and will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal application performance, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating user training.
  • Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issues.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve application issues, proposing and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Monitor application performance and suggest measures to maintain application health.
  • Conduct training sessions for users to ensure efficient utilization of the Apps.
  • Develop user guides and documentation.
  • Assist users in understanding and using the application effectively.
  • Collaborate with the client's business team to understand their needs and offer solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for necessary software upgrades or patches.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
The Team

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Work Experience adhering to AMS projects and ITIL practices
  • 7+ years of experience with Product Data Management (Oracle Agile PLM)
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
  • Tech or functional certifications.
