Baer is looking for Project Delivery Lead Consultant for a 6+ month project located in Rosemont, IL.

Title: Project Delivery Lead Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US) + Travel to Rosemont, IL
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete delivery process for assigned projects, ensuring all goals and objectives are met.
• Create and track a detailed plan to deliver the program goals, including the technical implementation plan, while keeping colleagues and stakeholders informed.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on program delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Identify and manage potential risks and opportunities throughout the project delivery process.
• Work closely with all key stakeholders to lead and coordinate project delivery activities.
• Manage product and project priorities based on changing functional needs, resource and capacity constraints, and interdependencies.
• Ensure all project-related information is properly referenced and documented.
• Undertake other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in managing project delivery with a proven track record of successfully delivering company-wide projects.
• Project Management/Delivery qualifications or certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
