Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Guide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling and workflows of providers and patients, including enhancing the support models to achieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing support
  • Performs analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic software
  • Prepares requirement specifications and provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements
  • Review and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the support contact for the application
  • This position has responsibility within all phases of the application implementation including design, build, test, installation, and maintenance of the application
  • Provide outstanding client service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care
  • On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization.

Our OTT team brings clients the knowledge of industry leaders who understand the relevant processes and technologies for their industry-and apply them with a process and mindset that tailors transformational change to their specific organization.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of recent experience with an implementation
  • Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
  • Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
  • Current Epic Ambulatory Certification with experience with EpicCare Link, ePrescribing, Kaliedscope
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Role is remote

  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
  • Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,725 to $127,875.
