Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
  • Triage the production incidents and promote code changes to lower Productions Orgs.
  • Co-ordinate with Level 1 support, business, and other teams/vendor if root cause is outside the scope of development
  • Make necessary updates to support ticket in timely manner; Develop fix for the incident, unit test and promote it to higher environment
  • Support DevOps and Org management activities including Code migrations to higher Orgs, Org maintenance, Saleforce and Vlocity Upgrade , Certificate Maintenances etc.
  • Support bug fixes and DevOps during SIT/UAT testing and Lead Release management activities.
  • Update/maintain Support documentation as needed
The Team

Our Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Customer & Marketing group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 5 + years of dedicated work experience on Salesforce Platform with primary skill on DevOps related activities.
  • Salesforce DevOps Knowledge with expertise on Salesforce SFDX and CI/CD tools processes and tools (knowledge on SFDX and tools like Jenkins Rational Team Concert, Azure DevOps, Knowledge on Vlocity will be a huge plus )
  • Strong Foundational knowledge on Salesforce development and Salesforce declarative features, experience with triaging issues in production and problem solving.
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication skills to present and drive technical discussion in both internal and client facing forums.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Role is remote
