Project Engineer

Insight Global is looking for an E&C Engineer in the Greater Fort Morgan area. This individual will be supporting an Energy Supply projects group to help manage capital projects. You will be responsible for managing all emergent capital projects at the plant, as well as supporting larger base and major capital projects strictly on your facility. You will support reliability engineering in helping develop scopes and justifications for projects and putting those through the emergent capital request system/process and would be responsible for management of all projects. You could be responsible for up to 20 small projects at once and will work with operations and reliability engineering teams to learn about plant systems, how they operate and plan out future work to keep plants reliable. Additionally, you will oversee contractors performing/executing on the projects and are responsible for all administrative project paperwork such as developing SOWs, technical specifications, produce quotes for equipment, bidding out and coordinating material deliveries and installation with the plant. Pay range is between $33-$34/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience
BA in Engineering
Experience with Project Management and project plan development, charters, managing budgets and managing contractors
Prior experience working in manufacturing/plant environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Proficiency with SAP Specifically work order planning & purchasing

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

FE Certification (or willing to take it)
