Major: Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
Required: Microsoft Office experience, common computer skills. Valid driver's license
Preferred: Some experience in the construction or engineering industry through work, internships, or part-time employment.

You'll get hands-on experience, build your skills, and make a real impact by taking on key tasks like:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Engage with the Estimating department to gather subcontractor pricing for new project estimates.
- Scope Analysis: Review and analyze subcontractor bids to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Material and Labor Take-Offs: Utilize company software to perform detailed material and labor take-offs.
- Pricing Reviews: Prepare pricing recaps for senior leadership.
- Client Engagement: Follow up on submitted bids and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Client Communication: Issue Requests for Information (RFIs) to clients, ensuring all project details are clear and accurate.
- Schedule Management: Maintain and update shipping and project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Purchase Orders & Subcontracts: Write and issue purchase orders and subcontracts to vendors.
- Change Order Requests: Prepare and issue pricing for change order requests.
- Site Visits: Visit job sites to build relationships with clients and vendors
- Design Review: Analyze design drawing revisions to identify and address scope changes to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Construction Coordination: Assist in coordinating construction drawings, modeling, and submittal reviews.
- Field Issue Resolution: Work with onsite subcontractors to identify and resolve field issues.
- Fabrication Shop Experience: Gain hands-on experience with the fabrication flow and production processes, deepening your understanding of the entire construction lifecycle.
