Project Intake Analyst

An employer is looking for an IT Project Intake Analyst to join one of our top utility clients in the Nation. The IT Project Intake Analyst will be responsible to come in and learn alongside one of the Finance & Project Intake Leads to help review contracts, policy work, and capital accounting for programs and project in IT Application Delivery. You will have the opportunity to get ramped up in a robust training program to learn the environment of this organization's pre-project reviewal work. In this role you will learn to develop and understand the information regarding their projects and build out business cases to clearly define the asset and whether it can be capitalizable according to company policy. The team is customer centric -- providing excellent follow-up and support to the IT Delivery Leaders. The people who find the most success on this team are the ones who are eager, hungry to continue to learn and grow, and takes ownership of the projects you are responsible for owning. This is a highly collaborative role and will require you to be onsite 3 times a week or more as needed!

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3+ years of enterprise environment experience -- within a Business Analyst or Project Coordination role
- Ability to analyze deliverables and ensure they are in alignment with company policy
- Exposure to Software or IT environments; or any highly regulated project environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/SharePoint/Jira software
- Communicating policy, process, and concepts with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Team player that is collaborative, eager to keep learning and striving for growth

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Any experience providing any of the following: business case buildouts/review, Statement of work reviewal, project contract reviewal, document controls, or analyzing vendor quotes for projects
