Lead/Execute projects in line with standard project management guidelines

Lead issues and supply chain projects impacting patient safety, compliance, quality, service, growth, and value.

Instill and maintain a sense of urgency and customer focus within the Supply Chain team in collaboration with external manufacturing partners

Ensure that projects are performed in compliance with the Quality System and drive efforts to improve a culture of quality and compliance

Develop strong business partner relationships throughout the organization to ensure excellence in project execution.

Develop in-depth understanding of various business processes, governances and supporting systems and the tools/templates used for project & portfolio management

Demonstrate strong project management skills, including accurate and effective project planning, creation of shared team goals, delivering project in line with established milestone dates, resource management, capital/expense management, developing and executing communication plans, leading resolution of risks & issues, risk management and balancing multiple activities to accomplish goals

Able to critically analyze manufacturing process and technology changes to assess case for change and impact across the E2E supply chain

Education: Bachelors Degree
