As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Work Assignments:
Apply up-to-date knowledge in your subject area to meet deadlines.
Follow established procedures and policies.
Utilize data and resources to support project initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems.
Communicate progress, information, and recommendations.
Escalate issues or risks as needed.
Self-Development and Relationships:
Share resources, information, and knowledge with coworkers and customers.
Seek performance feedback and adapt based on strengths and weaknesses.
Respond to the needs of others and learn from challenges.
Financial Monitoring:
Assist with project financials by monitoring relevant aspects.
Project Performance:
Monitor project performance (e.g., timeliness, budget adherence, scope, and quality) against the plan.
Work under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.
Change Management:
Assist with project activities related to organizational change management.
Develop and execute user adoption, implementation, and training plans.
Process Adherence:
Follow established processes and policies (e.g., SDLC, domain standards, Kaiser standards).
Resource Allocation:
Allocate resources, establish schedules, and assign tasks.
Team Management:
Manage project teams with guidance from senior Project Managers.
Ensure task assignment and tracking for sub-teams.
Promote Vision and Objectives:
Champion the project vision and objectives within the team.
Risk Mitigation:
Support the proactive analysis and mitigation of project issues and risks.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience working as an infrastructure project manager.
High-level understanding of how infrastructure IT works.
Experience with MSPO (Microsoft Project Online)
2+ years of experience developing project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to create project schedules and estimates.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP Certification
Bachelor's Degree is heavily preferred in a relevant field.
