HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

North Highland will provide project management to drive critical IT projects and support IT governance across the enterprise so that it has the information and reporting to deliver its programs, services, and outcomes for NJ families.

The solution will include top-quality project managers and business analysts to facilitate project prioritization, requirements gathering, procurement, and implementation of high-priority initiatives.

YOU WILL:

Lead preliminary planning efforts for a CCWIS modernization initiative that will create an expansion opportunity for us for detailed planning, procurement, and implementation phase support.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • PM/BA Background/Skills
  • Experience with Child Welfare agency processes and systems
  • Experience with SACWIS or CCWIS modernization initiatives for Child Welfare Agencies
  • Experience with federal Advanced Planning Document (APD) preparation
