Tesla is seeking a Project Manager for the Supplier Master Team within Tesla to assist in managing the project automation, implimentations, and project team focus. This Project Manager must be energized by quick timelines and excited to make a large impact on the project enviroment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced environment and Project Managment. The ability to meet tight deadlines and flexibility in handling changing priorities is essential to be successful in this position.


Responsibilities
  • Creating long and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines, Managing and adjusting mutltiple projects, and communicating to upper management to keep the projects aligned with goals
  • Lead in making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development and testing to maintain the standards expected within the organization & team on a monthly bases
  • Partner on identifing content delivery strategies that provide the best learning and training experience for the end user
  • Collaborate to promote innovative approaches and enhance productivity on internal and external user experiances
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially with problem solving and relationship building, working with stakeholders across mutltiple applications and regions or countries
  • Partner with applicable teams and resolve any specific system issues, development release issues, or operations gaps in the processes


Requirements
  • 2+ years' in Project or Project Management role. PMP or other certifications are a plus
  • Experience managing multiple projects, requirement gathering, and required deadlines at once
  • 2+ years' direct experience in a Master Data Governance role a plus or similar job roles
  • Able to adapt to change in processes in a moments notice with effective communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills as you can expect to challenge and to be challenged, to create, and to innovate
  • Project management, self-management, with multi-tasking skills, time management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Products, JIRA, Confluence or similar applications
