One of Aquent's leading Insurance Partners is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Hartford, CT. This talent will manage, plan, and coordinate activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. They will review project proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. This talent will establish work plans and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of project, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. You will need to be able to confer with project staff to outline work, plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. You may also need to manage sub-contractors and their workforce. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.98 to $58.87 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

1. Project Planning and Management:
- Manage existing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project objectives.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholder via the completion of monthly scorecards in a predefined format
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
4. Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
6. Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve project issues and conflicts.
- Escalate proposed solutions to RC SLT before implementing
7. Year-end reporting:
- Complete year end reporting via defined templates
- Assist in drafting 2025 business plans
