HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN

North Highland is seeking to hire a Project Manager to help our Life Sciences Clients transform their AI business initiatives.

YOU WILL:
  • Identify the complex problems facing our clients and build plans that creatively address their challenges.
  • Work with the Program Manager and Product Team to lead and manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeframe.
  • Collaborate with the various stakeholder groups to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, aligning them with the Generative AI objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, logs, status updates, and related collateral ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and optimizing ways of working.


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • 6+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with AI project experience, process improvement and project management principles.
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in AI working in a large enterprise environment to deploy solutions at scale.
  • Strong understanding of principles and techniques related to AI, including the coordination of product delivery, model development and curation, testing strategies, user adoption, change plans, promotion and communication, and operations.
  • Experience working with vendors.
  • Agile and Waterfall experience
  • A demonstrated track record of leading consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior leadership.
  • Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree and/or professional certifications are bonuses.
