Project Manager (HR/Payroll System

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects related to HR applications, specifically Oracle. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and expertise in IT Functions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HR applications.
- Proven experience managing HR application projects.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
