Enterprise IT Program Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of IT projects and initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, IT teams, and business stakeholders to define program objectives and oversee project execution.
  • Develop and implement program management strategies aligned with company's strategic goals.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Facilitate collaboration between IT and business units to ensure projects meet business needs.
  • Oversee risk management and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on program status.
  • Champion change management initiatives for smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in IT program management practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project or program management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Scrum) and IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
  • Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience managing Financials / Project Budgets $3-10M+.
  • Supply Chain functional business process and technology/system implementation experience.
  • ERP, order management implementations like SAP, Sterling, Blue Yonder are a plus.
Hourly Rate: $70-79.36
