  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

    This role involves assisting in an asset management and lifecycle program. It includes coordinating stakeholders across different departments to collect and formalize requirements, ensuring timely and up-to-date responses to management. Responsibilities also include documenting, monitoring, and guiding project/vendor tasks and milestones to completion, ensuring alignment with customer objectives within specified timelines, scope, and budget constraints.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in project management and delivering client products/services, including a minimum of three (3) years overseeing large-scale and intricate enterprise projects.
    • Proven capability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects within designated timelines, scope, and budget.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Demonstrated proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
    • Capacity to handle challenges independently while seeking guidance when necessary.
    • Adaptability to shifting priorities, responding promptly to unforeseen issues or opportunities.
    • Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States to be considered for this position.


    PREFERRED

    • Previous consulting background required.
    • Experience in implementing asset management systems or programs.
    • Certifications such as PMP, AGILE Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalents are desirable.


    RESPONSIBILTIES

    Provide expertise in managing and implementing cloud-based solutions by:

    • Overseeing stakeholders throughout project execution, managing risks, dependencies, and deliverables with a focus on outcomes and integrity.
    • Guiding stakeholders through change or stressful situations.
    • Managing agreements and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
    • Cultivating an environment conducive to effective collaboration focused on delivering impactful business results.
    • Ensuring client satisfaction and delivery metrics are met.
    • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, monitoring progress, tracking, and reporting on project status, managing scope, issues, risks, and change orders.
    • Setting weekly goals for individuals and teams, monitoring progress through a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Demonstrating strong negotiation, presentation, conflict management, decision-making, and communication skills, providing timely and accurate reporting against project timelines and metrics.
    • Clearly, frequently, and effectively communicating priorities and status to internal stakeholders.
    • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance team value through constructive suggestions.
    • Maintaining detailed documentation and leveraging data for decision-making, gathering new information and insights to address complex issues.
    • Guiding other team members on project management best practices and continuously improving personal mastery; initiating solutions in the absence of precedents or procedures.
    • Collaborating closely with technical team members and client stakeholders at various levels, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact to ensure project success.
    • Soliciting regular feedback from team members to optimize morale and promote innovative approaches to overcoming challenges.
