Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to work in the CFO Data Management line of business for a large financial services company. CFO Data Management is looking for a seasoned Data Management SME to join our Asset Traceability Traded Products Team. Chief Financial Office (CFO) Data Management (CFO DM) is responsible for ensuring data used in key internal and regulatory reports (e.g., FFIEC 101, FRB 2052a, US/DA LCR, etc.) is timely, accurate, and properly controlled. This role will be responsible for supporting Treasury u of Banking Products data (consumer loans, wholesale credit products), and is focused on driving strategic efforts to resolve data issues and implement data and process improvements.
Areas of focus will be supporting a mix of:
Critical BAU activities across multiple workstreams
Asset Traceability Regulatory Projects/Initiatives
Infrastructure Optimization/OpEx work efforts
Asset Traceability Regulatory Internal & External Audits
Team Metrics Tracking & Management Status Reporting.
This role will be accountable for contributing thought leadership on important strategic & tactical issues that impact the team as well demonstrate strong passion for data quality and analytics, data products and data remediation. This role will be responsible for helping to influence and lead program initiative engagements through collaboration and partnership with Business Line and Technology senior leaders. Incumbent should bring comprehensive to expert knowledge of data governance principles and practices. Has experience managing direct and indirect reports and influencing change.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years business analysis/project management experience within banking
Demonstrate strong ability to multi-task and engage in a positive way with Business Partners.
Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across with multiple teams, and strong work ethic
Proven ability to work and execute independently and to influence for positive outcomes.
Jira experience preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in a regulatory environment within Corporate Treasury
Strong project management/business analysis knowledge and familiarity with Agile Methodology concepts
Strong Workstream Status Consolidation & Reporting Skills using Tableau, PPT, Vizio Flows MS Excel
Work with technical and business groups to support Data Management Principles for adoption.
Apply data visualization and summarization techniques to analytical results.
